Magnolia 'Carlos'

Magnolia acuminata var. subcordata x Magnolia denudata

This tree has beautiful upright and solid flowers (7-9 cm). On the inside, the flower is pale yellow. The outside is greenish yellow at the base and pale yellow at the top. The fragrant flowers appear right before the leaves and are quite frost resistant. The flowering peak usually occurs mid-April to early May and lasts about 2 weeks.
